I did x ray,right side of jaw bone is abnormal that pain so much when I chew solid food,I went to hospital Dr suggests me tablets hifenac and dexon

As of the opg u provided I don't find any bone abnormalities. I suspect you to be having a third molar tooth pain. Kindly visit a dentist for better diagnosis
