  4. I got typhoid. The reason for this all?

1 week back I got a typhoid fever sir physician suggested me some medications cepodem 325 and Allegra m tablets and also he suggested dexa 4 mg injection. it's just one dose of dexa I took sir and tablets 5 days course already over but still I feel sick I have abdominal pain heartburn and especially Lower  backpain and bodypains loss of appetite and also sleeping issues and cough cold still. I want to know what is the reason for this all ?

Can you please share the blood report of the typhoid infection and your issues need some more elaboration i believe 1. Cough( phlegm is coming) 2. When did the cough and cold started ?- means after making the visit or it was there from the day one along with the fever ? Do consult fir further queries i can help you in this

You may have viral fever with running nose , cough and cold in addition to the typhoid fever which you are recovering from.Exact cause could be determined only after the reexamination by your treating doctor.

You will have symptoms for about two weeks after the recovery from Typhoid.  You should take a good diet, lot of fresh fruits, about 4-5 pieces of dry fruits and vitamin supplements every day.
