I got head lice from my classes i think and i used permethrin but the lice aren't dying. I'm tired of combing my hair day and night.. i think the lice are resistant to permethrin... What other medications can be used to get rid of head lice that are stronger? Is there any drug that kills lice along with the eggs? Because it's a very tiring process
