I get plague formed at back of my teeth even after brushing twice , also there is a black line near my gums By end of the day I start getting foul smell as well What is the solution.

Mam you need a round of thorough professional cleaning and polishing. Plaque overtime become hard then known has tartar or calculus. Soft plaque can be removed with brush however tartar can't be. Dr. Swati Kedia Teethling dental care Bangalore
