I feel like I have 3 balls in my scrotum

Hi, I feel like I have 3 balls in my scrotum, and it has been more than 5-6 years since I have been feeling it. I want to consult a sexologist but not sure if they should be specialists in derma, surgery, urology or psychiatric.
