hi, you seem to be having some anxiety issues. stop over thinking and try to relax. keep drinking water sip by sip while studying and also at times you get disturbing thoughts. try and divert your mind to something constructive and and towards things you like. share you troubles with your family members, or your siblings or your closest friends. if problem persists, please visit a psychologist in your area, or consult your scholl counsellor.
