Just a small advice for you.
1) Increase physical activity in form of yoga or other cardio exercises.
2) Avoid prolonged use of phone/computer/TV or other gadgets which causes straining of eyes.
3) Proper hydration.
4) Eat healthy.
5) Avoid use of sedative or hypnotic drugs.
