I eat maggie once a month.. Is it safe??

Hi! I am 4months pregnant, I crave for maggie sometimes so eat once a month one bowl. Is it safe for baby? I was very worried today.. Will try to avoid.. But still till now is everything good? I do take bowl of dry fruits daily and healthy diet regularly.

It’s ok but with plenty of green veggies etc.but good that you yourself know it’s not healthy
