Hello sir Thanks for your questions I understand your concern and noted it If a person has a high metabolism, they may not gain much weight even when eating high-energy foods. Frequent physical activity. Athletes or people who engage in high levels of physical activity, such as runners, may burn significant amounts of calories that result in low body weight. And genetics also play an important role here as it differs from person to person body type.
Next Steps
If you are underweight and struggle with putting on, you'll likely need more calories than someone looking to add some additional muscle mass to an already healthy frame. For some, increasing calories by 5 to 10% (or roughly 100 to 300 calories a day) is enough to support additional lean muscle growth.
Health Tips
Homemade protein smoothies. Drinking homemade protein smoothies can be a highly nutritious and quick way to gain weight Milk Rice Nuts and nut butters Red meats Potatoes and starches Salmon and oily fish Protein supplements Above mentioned are some types of food which can help you gain weight, but do watch for any food allergies, as patient health and safety is our first concern here, Kindly do consult to discuss further course of action Regards Dr Mohammed Salman Mohiuddin
