I am a active traveler and indulge in physical activities, I have had muscle spasm and weakness for a long time when checked I was told to be vitamin D and B12 deficient. The test was done is some other part of the world and the reports got misplaced. Here at my homeplace I was recommended to take mecobalamin er tablet for B12 (one tablet/day) and cholecalciferol granules for D deficient (one pouch/week). Please let me know if these are okay to be administered. Should I get a recheck done, the test was done almost a month ago and I was told that the medicine intake schedule should be as long as 3 months. Please help!
