Hello, please start with a mindset that you will eat well to gain healthy weight. Then begin with planning to eat 20% extra in all 3 meals and include 2 to 3 snacks in between. Choose to snack on milk, curd, nuts, dry fruits, pulses, sprouts, fruits etc. Try to include at least 2 cups of fruits, 2 glasses milk, 2 cups curd and 1 handful of dry fruits and nuts everyday. Eat high protein sources such as cooked pulses, eggs, chicken, paneer, cheese etc.
