You can get that thing removed by scaling and for that you have to visit a dentist and get it done . the cost is around 1000 - 2000.

hello, plaque could be because of food lodged in between your teeth.visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done.it will cost you around Rs.500 - 1500 depending of case,dentist and locality.you should rinse after every meal.brush twice daily and floss regularly.
