Hello There. I can understand your concern. It looks like you are having a viral fever/seasonal flu. take a paracetamol 650 mg like dolo650 thrice a day after food. Drink plenty of water. avoid oily and spicy foods. Have a soft diet. Take steam inhalations thrice a day. Best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
