Tumer is retroperitoneal tumer and my biopsy result is "well differentiated liposarcoma"and we send the slides and blocks for second opinion and we got the report is "low grade spindle cells tumer". Now I don't understand the treatment. Already we consulted the No of doctors for treatment.each doctor said a different opinions please suggest to me what is the best treatment to me

If surgery can b done that is best followed by chemotherapy, if not then chemotherapy should be given .
