I am having scoliosis at the lower back.
I am having scoliosis at the lower back portion.i need to know if there is any possibility to cure it without going for surgery.are there any exercises which can cure it?
i have done x-rays and there it showed that its kind of C shaped at the bottom of backbone.

Scoliosis are of many types and almost all are not curable. However surgery is required in small set of patients. You are 20, if its idiopathic curve and less than 30-30 degrees than you don't need any surgery now.
