I am having pain in backbone.

I am having pain in my lower backbone from last 15-20 days. It has gradually increased. I have history of having back pain last time I had back pain 2.5 years back where I have to rest for 5-6 days.

Back pain with out leg pain usually settles with physio. Once pain settles do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult orthopaedic doctor
