I have lower abdomen left side mild pain in a small area is it due to kidney stone or muscle spasm and urine colour is white with no pain or discomfort Can you please explain me is this stone pain or anything else

If you find a pain on and off and sharp colicky type then you think of kidney stones. Some times gas also cause a mild pain left side. Drink more water and have fibre containing foods with keep an eye on your bowel habits. Still persist please consult a gastroenterolgist
