I'm facing black patches under arms and under thigh I don't have any itching only black patches is increasing. Earlier I was very less epically it increasing in winter. And second problem is that i have sweating issue i facing this in high volume in summer and now it is in winter also if I wear sweater then my inner baniyan becomes full wet in sweating. I have pics of black patches also for references. Kindly suggest good medicine
