I am facing a prblm regarding urination

Sir or mam i am facing a prblm of burning sensation after few mins of urination...not the time of passing urine...just few min after burning pain start in my intimate area...it resolve few time after...

seems to be urinary tract infection   take fosfomycin 3 gms sachet once  if not relieved then do urine routine  take alka urea  also

Take treatment as follow as Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. Tab Urispas 2 time per day for pain and burning sensation in the urine . Cap Sporidex 250  mg 2 time per day for 1 week after food for infection if by test come out any bacterial infection. Cap Vizylac 2 time per day for 1 week after food . Ointment Clotrimazole 2 time per day at intimate area for itching. Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 1 week after food for strength and immunity.

UTI Get urine routine and microscopic test done If pus cells are there get a culture / sensitivity done too Toll them Syr Alkasol 2 tsf twice a day with half glass water Enough fluids to flush out the infection
