I am decreasing weight

From last week my weight decreasing day by day.my body gets leaned I feel weakness.i don't know why this happened I eat regularly healthy food and fruits and I don't eat outside food, I think my foods not digested properly and I didn't get proper nutrients and energy....sir please help what should I do I feel uncomfortable

This will be a slow process and needs consistency. Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n night sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.
