Cardiac activity is seen at around 6to7 weeks. Repeat scan after 10 days. Control sugar levels and blood pressure. Avoid stress. Shift on insulin after consulting physician. Oral antidiabetic drugs are contraindicated in pregnancy.

Hello, BP levels are fine but you need to control sugar levels. Eat a healthy diet, avoid stress and repeat a scan after a few time.

Hi.. don't worry.. u need to get your blood sugar and pressures under control, reduce stress , eat healthy as per ur obstetrician/ diabetologist/ dietician ( personalised regime is more helpful) advise along with insulin and other medications. Secondly it's true that we can wait for 7-10 days to repeat ultrasound. Also HbA1c , later triple test will be helpful! Gud luck

Hi Both your fasting blood sugar and BP are too high to have a healthy pregnancy What is your HbA1C value Meet a diabetologist immediately and start medication probably insulin injections Control BP as well Repeat scan after 10 days Even if they find heartbeat you need to closely follow up as your sugars are too high Ideal value for a diabetic patient to conceive is HbA1C less than 6.2 and BP 120/80 All the best
