Who ever shake my hand is saying me your body is hot .Why so ? And what I have to do for this. Suggest me please

Do you have any other symptoms like weight loss, change in appetite, palpitations? If so then go to a physician and get investigated. If you are otherwise healthy,neglect the comment.
