I have not been sleeping at night since days. I don't know what to do. It's because of my past or is it my present or my future that is haunting me to death. My past definitely haunts me. I am not able to do anything. I can't study because i am not able to retain anything. I can't study. I get suicidal thoughts almost every day. My morning starts in a frustrating way. Nobody is understanding anything. It is killing me inside. Please tell me what to do?
