Hypothyroidism detected 6 months ago with TSH 20 and used Thyroactiv 25mg for 6 months. Recent test shows TSH reduced to 9, so please guide me further.

Continue the medication at the prescribed dose.. Check tsh regularly every 3 4 months if it has a reducing trend then continue the same dosage.. If it doesn't come to normal range then it requires to be increased..

Your doctor is doing a good job. Just get your TSH done every 3 months, at any NABL accredited Laboratory (the NABL logo MUST BE PRESENT ON THE REPORT LETTERHEAD) after 12 hours fasting.
