Hypothyroidism

Can I continue to take levothyroine sodium 25mcg (twice in the morning, once at night) as prescribed before by my doctor overseas to treat my hypothyroidism? I recently moved to India so not sure the name here.

Thyroxine tablets are taken once in the morning on an empty stomach ,not twice daily .It is available in the name of eltroxin or thyronorm.Adjust the dose as per your present TSH level and your weight.
