Hyperthyroidism in pregnancy

Hi dr, My wife is in 11 weeks of pregnancy and doesnt have any thyroid related disease even we checked at 6 weeks of pregnancy it was normal but now she has hypermesis gravidarum and Tsh is 0.01 T3  1.85 (ref 0.60- 1.81) T4 16.7 (5.5 -12.5) However free t3 and free t4 are in normal range i.e Free T3 :- 3.60 (2.30-4.20) Free T4 :- 1.59 (0.9 - 2.30) Please advice what to do.? I only need a professional opinion P.S:- avoid commenting connect please 🙏

With this report no action is indicated at present. You should get her Thyroid profile done after one month. Consult with your Gynaecologist with the report.

Nothing to be done as tsh is normal and free t3 ,t4 also normal
