Hypothyroidism - 4.1 Vitamin B12 count - 300 Medicines: Thyrox 25, Mylamin, Evion 400 Symptoms: Shaking of facial muscles(eyes, nose, lips, eyebrows, cheeks). Eyes muscles shake really fast when I wake up. fatigue, constipation, unpleasant feeling(unexplainable) after breakfast, hand tremors, fast heart beat and blood circulation.
