I had hyperprolactinemia for some years now but I never got it checked because I got my periods but then it was scanty.. after 5 years now I am treated with hyperprolactinemia now my prolactin levels are within normal range but my periods aren't normal yet and I can't get pregnant may be because of low estrogen Is with hyperprolactinemia I lost my fertility as it wasn't treated for years ? I am scared help me with this

If the prolactin levels are normal you have not lost your fertility consequent to it you need to be evaluated to understand the reason for the inability to conceive
