Hello Doctor, My wife is pregnant with twins(3rd month) in the first two months doctor suggested to take hyd roxyprogesterone caproate injection 250mg for every week(7days) due to some reasons we shifted some other place/town there we visited one hospital, doctor suggested the same injection but 500mg for every 10 days, is the increased dosage will have any side effects or 500mg is not suggestible kindly reply.
