Are there chances for hydrosalpinx to become cancerous anytime if it is left untreated ,kindly clarify

Anything can become cancerous anywhere in the body. There is no organ (including skin) which is totally immune to malignancy. In fact I want to put it this way that a Fallopian tube does not become immune to malignancy just because it has become hydrosalpinx.
