If there's bilateral hydroureteronephrosis, then there could be a bladder issue which is manifesting as this. Best is to look at your uroflowmetry . If it's suggestive of obstructive pattern, then a cystoscopic assessment with urethral dilation is needed. If the urethra is normal, but still there is hydroureteronephrosis, then urodynamic assessment is needed. Medicine may not cure you. You may have to do Clean intermittent catheterization periodically. You need to be in follow up with a Urologist. If the
