Hello doctor i have hydronephrosis in left kidney. I have lot of pain in left side kidney. I have no other symptoms like painful urination stomach pain and other symptoms present iam pregnant now . Doctor suggest me he do treatment after delivery. Can i use medicines while breastfeeding. Please give rply .

Hi ma'am Sorry to know that you are in pain. Hydronephrosis is quite common during pregnancy. Nothing to worry. Kindly share the ultrasound report. You can use Tab Buscopan SOS for the pain.
