Hello Doctor, My 3 years old son having hydrocele like problem for the last 6 months. In the month of February this year he got diagnosed in hospital due to gastro and Pneumonia and since then we noticed that one of his testicle got bigger in size. It's a communicating hydrocele. When he sleep or not playing both testicles seems at same position. We didn't notice any pain till now but it looks really weird. So, can you please suggest me what to do? Thank you.
