Hydrocele and sinus infection

I have a hydrocele on left side of the tesicle since last five years. Due to my shy nature I never went to a doctor. Also recently I got sinus in left side of the nose which is now turned into a chronic infection. Since last two days I can feel the swelling in my left spine too. I am a smoking addict and wotk in IT company where I sit on chair for hours, please let me know what is the cost of surgery for hydrocele and sinus in India. Also necesasrry diet to counter these problems.
