I used to take snacks sometimes when I was going to bed at 1am. Now if I go to bed early, I wil wake up with hunger at around 1. I am trying to avood this.my diet breakfast(witin 8am-10am),lunch(witin 1pm-2pm),snacks(4pm),dinner(8-10pm).i will work from 10am to 6pm.not able to sleep if I don't take anything at 1am.
