Huge boil on the inner thigh

I suddenly developed a huge pus filled boil on the inner thigh, near the vagina, since 2-3 days. 2 weeks earlier I had pruritus vaginae ( itching in the vagina due to some infection). The prescription is attached. Not sure if the 2 are related. What can I use for the boil please? Image attached. Thank you.
