Loculated spill on right side in hsg test report what does it mean?is it mean blockage or damage or some adhesions...it can treatment with laproscopy or is it normal

It means there are adhesions. The problem should be further evaluated by laparoscopy, and an attempt can be made to separate the adhesions

Means there is some adhesions Free spill shud be seen Needs laproscopy 50 to 60 percentage chances that surgery will be successful

Loculated spill means there are some adhesions(blocks) on right side. It means your tube is partially blocked. Even if we repair it by laparoscopy, it will not come to normal self as microscopic damage would have already occured by now.
