My wifes hsg report states follows: Deeply accurate type of uterus Smooth narrowing at utero-cervical junction raises the possibility of partial cervical stenosis Bilateral tubal patency noted No evidence of hydrosalphinxj Please help me understand the report

The shape of the uterus isnt normal. To confirm needs hysteroscopy. Also the mouth of the uterus is very narrow.
