A narrow cervical canal can make HSG difficult, and non-opacified tubes on HSG do NOT always mean true tubal block. Sometimes dye does not pass due to cervical spasm or technical reasons. This does not confirm that natural conception is impossible. As per this report both tubes are not patent At least one tube should be open for natural conception In case of both tubes blocked natural conception is not possible
