I am 21 year old girl. I keep getting this gum infection again and again. It seems I have got periodontitis. How to treat this periodontitis? What tooth paste should I use? Can application of gingili oil help? Is there any ayurvedic medicine that I can take to cure periodontitis?

First step is u should go for deeep scaling and polishing. After then go for warm saline rinses. Do the gum massage using tan x gum paint. Use pepsodent g twice a day. And brush in vertical direction. All these thingscan help u still u dont find difference consult the periodontist
