Hi, For constipation what will be dosage of Isabgol ? How long I need to keep it in water ? Can I use lukewarm water ? After how long of dinner I can drink it ? Plz in mention in details

U can take 2-3 tsf in lukewarm water (keep for 2-3 mt. Approximately) 1 hour after dinner approximately after taking  1/2hr.later drink lukewarm water again
