Hello, I am an 18 year old guy. I eat healthy and play regular sports. I don’t have any bad habits and am extremely strict about personal hygiene. All of a sudden one day, there was bleeding in my gums. Please tell me how to stop bleeding in gums?

Hello , I would recommend you should start with warm saline rinses 3 to 4 times a day , brushing twice n also visit a dentist for professional cleaning of teeth with check up. Take care
