To reduce weight u need to have low calorie low fat diet but along with it u also need proteins vitamins minerals and fibre.. just 2kg oranges and sprouts won't provide all nutrients in balanced way...weight loss program also ensures the time and frequency when u should consume meals, way of cooking meals and workout schedule..just oranges and sprouts are not the correct way to loose weight... I won't recommend this..
