My mother is diagnosed with mammary carcinoma grade 1. A week before, her SGOT and SGPT levels were 69 and 70 IU/L. LFT was tested again yesterday. This time the SGOT and SGPT levels are 87 and 133 IU/L. How to reduce SGOT and SGPT levels?

SGOT and SGPT are Liver enzymes. They get released from the Liver in excessive amount when the Liver is damay. So you can do nothing to decrease the level of the enzymes . You only treat your Liver. As the Liver regenerates after the offending substance has been checked, the Liver enzymes will start falling.  In your mother's case, from the same logic, we have to find out what is attacking the Liver, remove it , and the level of SGOT and SGPT will start falling.
