How to quite smoking

Hello Doctors I am 25 years old and I started smoking 5 years before when I was in my second year of college. But now I want to quiet it because it makes me sad that I am laying to my loved one that I am already quiet it and most important my colleague who works with me are not a smoker soo they look at me differently I am not able to give my 100% on my work because of smoking.. Please any doctor who can help me suggest me some practical techniques to quite smoking. Please help..

Yes you can take 1 cigarret in start take soda bicarb Khane ka Soda frequently through out a day it will curtail urge of smoking practicing this you may quit smokig It trial done at medical college in America

Smoking is very easy to quit - Only think about that person whom you love so much and think that if your lovable person don't smoke then why you smoke . Think about any person of your family member who don't smoke and if that person don't smoke then why you smoke. If your will power is so much strong then you can quit easily.

If you don't smoke for 3 month continuously then it's easy to quit it easily cause any habit to quit take time for 3 month .

It's completely possible to successfully quit smoking with professional help. If you tried multiple times and failed to do it yourself take help of psychiatrist for de addiction.  They will provide counseling and medicine to relieve withdrawal symptoms and gradually quit smoking permanently.
