I can understand your concern.
Your body mass index is 31.5 you need to get it to at least 25.
Avoid all junk foods. Have a high protein and low carbohydrate diet.
Have 5 smaller meals in the day instead of 3 huge meals.
Do not sleep after meals.
Drink plenty of water.
One cup of green tea in the morning and one in the evening.
Cap. Zerofat-a twice a day at least half an hour before food for a month.
