33weeks pregnant I know while getting up should get up from side But don't know how to lie down while getting in bed these many days I usually lie down straight and turn to my side is that okay or wrong???

Just reverse the processes as you get up. Lying on your left shoulder is generally advisable

You can lie down the way you want Try to lie down in the left lateral position because that increases blood circulation to the baby

Left lateral position is better after first trimester. You can lie down straight occasionally.
