Hi doctor, Temperature in our region is around 43C . It's really hot & dry . I'm feeling drained all the time . I am showering on head everyday to make me feel cool still not . I'm feeling gasping even for small work , though my spo2 is 98,99 . How to cope up this exhausting heat using natural remedies .

Take plenty of water and some seasonal fresh fruit juices to hydrate yourself avoid oily spicy food... Use Amla murabba, khas sharbat , Pomegranate juice , Gulkand to reduce the internal heat.. If the symptoms persists kindly visit the appropriate consultant.

Hello, You must to hydrate yourself with water, juice, liquid. You must to drink atleast 3-3.5 ltr water daily in day Try to eat leafy vegetables, mung daal without spice in your diet. Try to eat more fruits in behalf of breakfast Avoid junk food, bakery product, caffein.

Cut down on spicy salty sour food. Consume more fruits, water boiled with vetiver roots, tender coconut water, sugar cane juice are all good. Have light easily  digestible food. Avoid late night dinner. Butter milk, curry leaves, sambar onions can all be added in diet
