Suffering with PCOS since 7years.Please guide me with right approch to cure this and treat the symptoms.

Tell me what is your weight..Pcos means overweight, irregular menstruation, Acne, excessive hair growth and hirsutism.So for that control your weight either by diet or exercise or work out.Start again oral contraceptive pill for 3 months and see the result.
