How do I know if it's PCOD Or PCOS

Hello Doctors, how do I know if I have PCOD Or PCOS. Sonography report says polycystic ovaries. But if it's PCOD Or PCOD How would I know? Is there particular test for that?

Both are same . If your period is regular you not suffering from it
